No, we’ve chosen not to offer COD because:

• We faced a high number of fake or non-serious orders, which caused unnecessary costs.
• Return and shipping charges are significantly higher for COD orders, making it difficult for us to sustain as a growing brand.
• Prepaid orders help us keep prices fair and continue offering quality products to all customers.

2. How long does it take to ship my order?

As our product is made to order. We typically ship orders within 3-4 working days after placement.

3. What is Tribal Style's exchange policy?

You can request an exchange for incorrect products or sizing issues within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and retain original tags.

4. Will the product colors exactly match what I see online?

We strive for accuracy, but slight color variations may occur due to screen differences. Such minor variations do not qualify for exchange or refunds.
